Hints and tips for your break

Be in the know before you arrive

We want you to make the most of your short break, so if you’re a first timer or a Center Parcs expert, here are some handy tips for you to know.

Before you arrive

Pre-register your guests before you arrive so you’ll only need your booking reference when checking in. Log on to your personal account and add your guests and your vehicle details
Invite your guests to your booking so they too can book activities, Aqua Sana Spa and make restaurant reservations.
Booking in advance means there is no worry when you are here about getting the time you want

Although you won't be able to access your accommodation until 4pm, or 3pm if you have booked early arrival or an Exclusive Lodge, you're welcome to arrive from 10am meaning you have time to explore the forest before settling into your accommodation
On departure day you’ll need to vacate your lodge by 10am but you can stay on the resort until midnight, this gives us the extra time needed to fully prepare the resort for our new arrivals

Once you have arrived parking is free. There’s no need to find a machine or worry about tickets
After 4pm you may drive your car to your accommodation in order to unload, then we ask that you return your car to the car park for the duration of your stay
You can pre-order a grocery pack, which will be at your accommodation when you arrive
If you visit ParcMarket when you are here and spend more than €40 we’ll then deliver it contact free to your lodge, free of charge

Your accommodation is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for your break including little necessities like washing up liquid, a tea towel and bath towels
If you can’t keep off social media, or think you’ll miss the football scores… don’t worry, you’ll have free friendly WIFI
Our accommodation is baby friendly and includes a cot and high chair
If there’s anything extra that you think you’ll need, give us a call in advance and we’ll see if we can help

Our new food delivery service allows you to receive meals from resort restaurants, directly to your lodge door. Order and pay online to receive delicious food to eat in the comfort of your lodge.
Our family-friendly restaurants cater for even the smallest ones as baby food is free of charge in our restaurants, if you require the use of a microwave please speak to a member of the team in the restaurant

There’s access to buoyancy aids for your little ones in the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, be sure to pick one up from near the Information Desk in the pool
There’s seating in our pool areas for those who may want to watch the rest of the family make a splash
