As we prepare to reopen Aqua Sana Spa, we want to share with you some of the changes we are making to help you to spa with confidence.
When will Aqua Sana Spa reopen?
If you are visiting Longford Forest you can pre-book Spa Sessions and treatments from 4 weeks before you arrive.
If you are visiting one of our UK villages you can pre-book treatments from 4 weeks before you arrive. We are unable to accept Spa Session bookings just yet. Please keep checking our website for updates.
Let yourself reconnect mind and body with nature. At Aqua Sana Spa you can still expect to leave feeling radiant, refreshed and revitalised, with our usual award-winning experience. However here are a few changes to notice:
More room to relax – what’s available?
To allow our guests more room to relax, our spa experience rooms now have a lower capacity and you will find information in each room explaining where to sit at a safe distance from others.
You can still lounge in our relaxation rooms and unwind with our saunas, foot spas, hot tubs and outdoor spa pool. Unfortunately, our steam rooms and ice cave are off limits for now and our prices reflect this change.
We look forward to welcoming you back into Aqua Sana Spa.
Let us know you’re coming
To help us keep within social distancing guidelines you will need to pre-book your spa visits online. This is to reduce the number of people arriving at any given time and means we can no longer accept walk-in bookings at our reception desk. It also means your arrival will be calm and quick, a perfect start to your spa escape.
On arrival we’ll check your temperature and we will also be checking our colleague’s temperatures at the start of their shifts too. You’ll notice that our therapist uniforms have changed, taking the necessary steps to keep you safe, and enhanced cleaning procedures have been put in place to thoroughly sanitise areas and equipment. All to help give you peace of mind while you relax and unwind.
A fresh start - our reduced treatment menu
Working with our renowned product houses Elemis and VOYA we have a new reduced treatment menu, but you can still expect to see many of your old favourites. We have amended our treatment times to allow extra time for cleaning too.
To help speed things up, it’s best to arrive already wearing swimwear under your clothes. Before and after your treatment, you can change in the privacy of your own treatment room. Showers and hair dryers won’t be available.
Top-up on your favourite skincare
Our Boutique will be open and ready for you to restock on all your favourite products from Elemis, VOYA, OPI and Mii. We ask that you use cashless payments only, like card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
If you would like to refresh in Vitalé Café Bar during your spa visit, you will need to pre-book your options beforehand. We have a reduced menu of drinks and cakes for now. To add Vitalé Café Bar to your visit, just choose our standard 3-hour Spa Session and add on one of the following: an alcoholic drink and cake or a non-alcoholic drink and cake. Why not indulge in our organic juices, speciality teas and coffees or Prosecco to complete your treat?
