Center Parcs is very much aware of the need to make our website accessible to all users and we are committed to working towards ensuring all our visitors including those with disabilities are able to access and use the site. We also have taken into account and made efforts to accommodate the various Browsers, Operating Systems and Devices, as well as those using low and high speed Internet connections. We support many modern browsers, including Chrome, IE11, Edge and Safari, as well as many of the latest mobile devices including iPhone X, iPad Air and Samsung Galaxy S9.
Conforming to Web Standards To help us make the Center Parcs website a positive experience for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.
The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We’ve chosen Level AA as the target for the Center Parcs website.

Flash, PDF and External Links
From time to time we have used Flash to present a rich interactive experience for our visitors. For the best possible user experience we recommend you use the latest version of Flash, which is downloadable free from www.adobe.com.
PDF documents require you to download Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded free from www.adobe.com.
There are a number of links in the site e.g. View itinerary and Book activities that open in a new browser window. This is to enable you to re-select the Center Parcs site by simply clicking back to the original browser window.
To ensure we continually strive to achieve the highest standards of usability and accessibility we welcome your feedback. This is an ongoing process given the diversity of technologies and platforms but if you would like to comment on the accessibility of the Center Parcs site please contact us at email@example.com.
