To give you that added peace of mind you can purchase Flex Your Stay (“Flex”), for your family break. So, if for any reason you do need to cancel or amend your Center Parcs break, Flex will protect you.
What is Flex?
You can purchase Flex for your break for an additional payment. Flex offers a higher level of protection than our usual terms & conditions, allowing you to amend your booking dates up to 7 days before your arrival date for free. Flex also allows you to cancel your break and receive a full refund up to 28 days before your arrival date.

How to purchase Flex
For peace of mind, you can purchase Flex by either:
- adding Flex when completing your booking on the payment page
- or if you already have your break booked, you can add Flex by simply calling 03448 267749 for Northern Ireland and 0818 818 019 for the Republic of Ireland and we will add it to your existing booking. Make sure to call within 14 days of booking your break to allow Flex to be applied

The cost of Flex will depend on the resort you are visiting, your arrival date and type of accommodation. The price will be confirmed at the time of booking.
