Our gift cards offer the gift of choice for all occasions. They can be used on anything from treating a loved one to a spa experience at Aqua Sana Spa, enjoying a meal in one of our many restaurants or can even be used towards the cost of your break, as well as activities or in our retail stores. As our resorts are now cashless and paperless, you could use them as an alternative to cash. We do not accept cash to purchase gift cards.
Center Parcs gift cards can be loaded up with any amount from €5 to €1000 and are valid for 60 months from the date of issue. The card can be used as many times as you like until the balance reaches zero.

Gift cards for our UK resorts can be exchanged at Guest Services for a different UK resort, but Longford Forest gift cards cannot be exchanged for a different resort due to the differing currency.

You can spend your gift card at the specific resort the card was purchased for, e.g. a Longford Forest Card will only work at Longford Forest – the card will not work at any other resort or online. You can also use your gift card towards the cost of a break if you book via the Contact Centre.
Unfortunately, we can't change a Longford Forest gift card to a UK resort gift card due to the differing currency. However, if you have a UK resort card and decide to visit a different UK resort, pop in to see our Guest Services team, and they will switch your gift card from one UK resort to another UK resort.
If you are buying a gift card for someone else to use during their break, select the resort that you believe they will be visiting. If you have purchased a Longford Forest gift card, this cannot be redeemed or swapped at any of our UK resorts. However, if the card is for the wrong UK resort, this can be swapped on resorts during their break.

All Euro cards are valid for 5 years, however if the balance remains after 2 years, an admin charge will apply. Please see T&C’s for full details on this.

Yes, there is a limit to how much you can purchase on a gift card. Each gift card has a minimum spend of €5 and a maximum of €1000. However, you can purchase multiple gift cards and therefore spend an increased amound i.e. with 2 gift cards you can spend up to €2000.
On most Apple devices, you can scan the QR code on your gift card using your normal camera and tapping on the code. If you have an Android phone you may have to download an app through the Google Play Store to be able to scan the QR code.
No, all UK gift cards will expire within 24 months of the purchase date, and they cannot be replaced. The exception for this is Longford Forest. Full details can be found on the site that you purchased the card from.
Yes, Center Parcs gift cards can be used as prizes for charitable events or as part of an employee reward programme, as long as you do not use the Center Parcs brand or logo and do not imply that the prize or event is done in partnership with Center Parcs.
