Our gift cards offer the gift of choice for all occasions. They can be used on anything from treating a loved one to a spa experience at Aqua Sana Forest Spa, enjoying a meal in one of our many restaurants or can even be used towards the cost of your break, as well as activities or in our retail stores. As our resorts are now cashless and paperless, you could use them as an alternative to cash. We do not accept cash to purchase gift cards.
Center Parcs gift cards can be loaded up with any amount from €5 to €1000 and are valid for 60 months from the date of issue. The card can be used as many times as you like until the balance reaches zero.

Gifts cards can only be used at the specific village they were purchased for, e.g. a Sherwood Forest card gift card will only work at Sherwood Forest. Gift cards may be exchanged at Guest Services so that they can be used at different villages (with the exception of Longford Forest, due to the differing currency).

If you decide to visit a different village to the gift card you have, pop in to see our Guest Services team and they will switch your gift card from one UK village to another UK village. Unfortunately, we can't change a UK gift card to a Longford Forest gift card due to the differing currency.
If you are buying a gift card for someone else to use during their break, select the village that you believe they will be visiting. If the card is for the wrong village, this can be swapped over at Guest Services during their break. The only exception to this is the Longford Forest gift cards, which cannot be redeemed or swapped at any of our UK villages.

Yes, there is a limit on how much you can purchase on a gift card. Each gift card has a minimum spend of £5 and a maximum spend of £1000. However you can purchase multiple gift cards and therefore spend an increased amount i.e. with 2 gift cards you can spend up to £2000.
On most Apple devices, you can scan the QR code on your gift card using your normal camera and tapping on the code. If you have an Android phone you may have to download an app through the Google Play Store to be able to scan the QR code.
No, all gift cards will expire within 24 months of the purchase date, and they cannot be replaced. The exception for this is Longford Forest. Full details can be found on the site that you purchased the card from.
No, paper Center Parcs/Aqua Sana Forest Spa gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for a gift card. As of the 30th June 2023, we no longer accept paper vouchers.
Yes, Center Parcs gift cards can be used as prizes for charitable events or as part of an employee reward programme, as long as you do not use the Center Parcs brand or logo and do not imply that the prize or event is done in partnership with Center Parcs.
