Boogie Bounce
Bounce your way to fun and fitness with an exercise class that uses mini trampolines to target all the key areas of your body. Brilliant for toning and a great aerobic workout set to motivating music. Minimum age 14 years.
Interactive Ball Wall Fun
Join our instructor in the interactive squash courts as your little ones practice ball throwing, tennis and javelin, then put their new skills to the test in adventures under the sea, in space and catching monsters! Ages 3-9 years.
Pilates
Gentle but extremely powerful, Pilates harnesses the power of your core to leave you feeling stronger, sleeker and invigorated. Minimum age 14 years.
Short Tennis
A brilliant introduction to tennis, with short rackets and larger, softer balls making this the perfect activity for parents and children.
Roller Skating
Strap on your skates, find your balance and you’ll soon be whizzing around the rink like a pro. Minimum age 6 years.
Bollywood Dancing
Just Jhoum! (which means 'just dance') is a dance class with a Bollywood twist. The simple choreography features Indian dance moves set to Bollywood music for an energetic dance fitness class. Minimum age 14 years, all abilities welcome.

Spy School
Calling all aspiring spies and secret agents – are you ready for your top secret mission? Led by Super Sleuths, you’ll solve mysteries and take part in challenges, from secret message writing and invisible ink to an obstacle course and stealth games. Ages 3 to 9 years.
Baby Balance Bike Buddy
Agility, balance and coordination… it’s all here in this fun session, designed to help your little ones find their feet on our baby balance trikes. Help them enjoy their new-found independence as they take on our special course. Minimum age 10 months.
Wizard Academy
We are inviting new trainees to go on an adventure of their own by joining our Wizard Academy. Come along to learn new spells and wizard crafts in this fun unaccompanied session.
Crazy Science
Join our little laboratory and try some experiments that are just too crazy to teach in school. You and your mini scientist can have some fun together trying out some of our super science activities. Ages 3 to 9 years.
Chocolate Chefs Academy
Let your little ones get gooey and messy creating chocolate treats and playing themed games. Expect some chocolatey clothes and fingers in this unaccompanied session. Ages 3 to 6 years.
Roller Tots
With plastic skates specially designed to help little ones keep their balance, this activity is a great way to introduce your children to the fun of rollerskating. Ages 2 to 6 years.
Teach Me Balance Bike
Learning to ride a bike is one of the great joys. This fun session focuses on building those early skills to give your little ones more confidence on two wheels, making the transition to a proper bike easier. Ages 2 to 6 years.
Archery - Mini Crossbows
The crossbow is one of the most ancient shooting weapons. In this entertaining activity, your little ones can learn to shoot in a safe environment. Ages 3 to 9 years.
Face Painting
Transform your child for the day into a beautiful butterfly or a ferociously cute tiger. We use washable face paints to avoid laundry incidents. Minimum age 2 years.
Football Fun Factory for Tots
Let your toddler take their first steps into football inside our inflatable football pitch. It’s the perfect environment for them to simply play and have fun, taking part in activities set by our superstar coach. Ages 18 to 36 months.

Add some colour and fun to your hair with a jazzy hair braid. Suitable for medium to long hair. Minimum age 3 years.
Mini Ballerinas
Bring along the prima ballerina in your family for a magical chance to dance and become a fairy princess for a while. We use favourite nursery rhymes and even some classic ballet music to teach some of the basic ballet moves. Ages 2 to 6 years.
Splash into the Subtropical Swimming Paradise
Ride the waves in the Wave Pool, laugh all the way down the Wild Water Rapids and experience the fun, thrills and gravity-defying drops of Tropical Cyclone.
Baby Dolphins
Take to the water in this fun, free pool session just for under 3’s. From singing songs to playing with inflatables, this session is a great way to introduce babies and toddlers to the joys of being in the pool.
Mini Jet Skis
Little ones can experience the thrill of riding a mini jet ski in this pool based activity. They’ll learn the art of riding a motorised, inflatable jet ski, then get to show off their new skills on our special course. Ages 3 to 7 years.
Aqua Jetting
Splash, dive, twist and turn… our exhilarating Aqua Jetting will bring out your adventurous side. You must be able to swim 25 metres to take part. Minimum age 8 years.
Explore our soft play areas
Come rain or shine our soft play areas are the perfect place for little ones to explore, make new friends and burn of some energy. You don't need to pay or book - just turn up and let your little one explore to their heart's content.
Head to the House of Games
Enjoy a variety of arcade games at the House of Games inside the Sports Plaza. Collect your token from the machine (cashless payment only) and get ready to shoot some hoops, have a game of air hockey and become a driving champion.
