Soak up the festive atmosphere from Monday 7 November 2022 until Friday 23 December 2022 at Winter Wonderland, where our villages will be transformed with lights, decorations and snow. It’s not to be missed, so come for a weekend break or midweek break and find plenty of seasonal activities to keep you busy and really get you in the festive spirit. Here’s what a Winter Wonderland break looks like:
The village transforms into a magical Christmas playground, with snow, lights and festive decorations. It’s Center Parcs like never before
Take a stroll through Santa’s Woodland Village and see our elves enjoying some of our favourite festive activities in our new Toadstool Cabins
Soak up the festive atmosphere and warm up with a drink and seasonal treat at the Forest Festive Fayre
Visit Santa and his elves in his Woodland Workshop before Christmas Day. Pre-book your visit where all children will receive a gift from Santa and a special souvenir photograph to take home. Santa visits are limited to a maximum of four guests, which must include one adult
Discover our free Enchanted Light Trail in Santa’s Woodland Village and walk through the twinkling lights. Watch the little ones look up in awe as they take in the magic that surrounds them. Enjoy the immersive experience every evening of your break. Open 4pm – 9pm daily
Watch our seasonal stories, featuring Cranberry and Nutmeg the reindeer, every evening on your lodge television. And this year you can watch Nutmeg’s Flyers, our new story book, available to purchase at the Christmas Shop
In line with our commitment to protecting our forests and wildlife, we’ve made the decision not to bring back our firework displays at Center Parcs. Whilst fireworks are beautiful, they can cause stress and anxiety to wildlife, household pets and some of our guests, and can be damaging to the local environment.
We know that fireworks have traditionally been an important part of the festive experience here at Center Parcs, so this winter we’re lighting up the forest with a brand-new Enchanted Light Trail instead – and you can visit as often as you like!

This festive season we’re lighting up the forest with a brand-new free Enchanted Light Trail. Watch the little ones look up in awe as you walk through thousands of twinkling lights nestled between the trees and the forest floor. Lose yourself in a magical winter wonderland, surrounded by captivating festive tunes that will have you jingling and dancing along. You can visit every evening of your break.
Our brand new story Nutmeg's Flyers
Nutmeg has been asked by Santa to train the young reindeer to help fly his sleigh, including Nutmeg’s friend Cranberry. Can Nutmeg teach them to fly in time? Our new storybook Nutmeg’s Flyers is available to purchase at the Christmas Shop. If you tune into your lodge TV each evening, you can watch the animated version of all our seasonal stories, including festive games to play. The perfect end to a magical day.
Whatever your age, there’s sure to be something to get you into the festive spirit - from designing your very own Christmas stocking to discovering the magical village on our Festive Treasure Trail. Remember to pre-book your activities to avoid disappointment. Please note that activities are an additional cost.
The big day is on its way and we have a very special visitor at Center Parcs… Santa Claus himself is setting up his workshop right here in the forest, as his little helpers make all the last-minute toys and gifts for Christmas.
Winter is also warm when you’re at Center Parcs, with our 29.5 degrees indoor Subtropical Swimming Paradise. Where else in the world would you go from a chilly winter woodland straight to a tropical Amazon rainforest?
