Magical Winter Wonderland

"Just returned from a magical few days away at Winter Wonderland Center Parcs Elveden. The decorations throughout the site are so well thought out with lots to see and do. Santa and the Elves make the whole experience really special for little ones. There’s plenty of restaurants to suit everyone’s tastes. We have one family member who is coeliac and one who is lactose intolerant. Each restaurant offers a variety of options for those with allergies and meals are clearly marked. We stay in an adapted woodland lodge. It’s perfect for our daughters needs. Along with the usual disabled toilets around the site there are also two very well equipped changing places rooms accessed by your lodge wristband. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly break to get you in the Christmas spirit!"

Amazing family getaway for disabled guests

"We have struggled to find somewhere to enjoy with our disabled son in his wheelchair. Found Center Parcs Exclusive lodge amazing with full wet room, electric bed and hoist for the hot tub. The whole site at Longleat was wonderful with paths suitable for wheelchairs. Staff were incredibly helpful. Will certainly be looking at other sites in the future. Its life changing for us!"

Great holiday again at my happy place

"We come to centre parcs Whinfell twice a year with family,we had the pleasure of staying in a treehouse in January and it was fabulous we made use of the games room, sauna, jacuzzi and bbq.
Treehouse very high spec with gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms all bedrooms with balconies,we really did make some special memories that we will all never forget!!

Having just returned from another week away at Whinfell this time staying in an adapted lodge in badger wood area (fab location) and another great holiday had by all
My daughter,mum and dad all have different disabilities including autism,ms and mobility issues and the customer service we receive is excellent all the staff and customer service team are the best I’ve ever dealt with while on holiday…looking forward to our next holiday in November for winter wonderland to make more great memories"
