1. This offer can be redeemed by entering the unique code provided in your email into the offer code box on the payment page, or by clicking the promotional link.
2. The offer code is only valid for the first 50 qualifying bookings, only subject to availability or up to 23:59 on 15 July 2026, whichever occurs first. Once this limit is reached, the offer will no longer be available. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.
3. The offer is valid for all arrival dates but must have an Early Arrival added to the basket.
4. The offer consists of:
a. One (1) free early arrival per lodge, subject to availability
5. The offer is only valid for new bookings with Early Arrival selected and must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added retrospectively.
6. Each unique code may be used once only. If a booking made using the code is cancelled, the code will become invalid and cannot be reused.
7. Offer codes are non-transferable, may not be shared or resold, and are intended for use only by the original recipient.
8. The offer is valid on all accommodation types at UK villages only, excluding:
a. Spa Suite bookings
b. Spa Break bookings
c. Longford Forest, Ireland
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, transferred to an existing booking, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
10. All prices advertised are subject to change without notice and are only guaranteed once the booking has been confirmed.
