A first-time tip: Allow a little extra time to get around during your first day, particularly when travelling to a booked activity. Our villages are easy to explore on foot or by cycle, so bring your own cycles or hire them when you arrive. You’ll soon discover your favourite routes through the forest.

Do I need to book activities before my Center Parcs break?

We recommend booking any must-do activities before you arrive, particularly during busy periods. You can browse and book activities through your Center Parcs account or the Center Parcs app, and you can continue to check availability during your break.

How do I get around Center Parcs?

Centr Parcs is designed to be explored on foot or by bike, with cars parked away from the main village during your stay. Use the interactive map in the Center Parcs app to find your way around and plan walking or cycling routes between your accommodation, activities, restaurants and other village locations.

Can I hire bikes during my break?

Yes. You can hire cycles for the whole family from our Cycle Centre. We recommend booking in advance, particularly during busier breaks, although availability may also be available once you're on village.

What can I use the Center Parcs app for during my break?

The app is your handy companion while you're here. You can view your itinerary, book activities, explore the interactive village map, plan walking and cycling routes, find restaurants and other locations, and keep your break plans together in one place.

Can I book more activities while I'm at Center Parcs?

Yes. If you fancy trying something new, you can check availability and book additional activities during your stay through the Center Parcs app or your online account. You can also visit one of our booking desks, located in central buildings. Availability can change, so it's worth checking throughout your break.

Do I need to book restaurants at Center Parcs?

We recommend booking restaurants in advance, especially for popular dining times. You can view your dining options and make reservations online, with availability varying by restaurant and village.

Can I use the Subtropical Swimming Paradise every day?

Yes. Unlimited entry to the Subtropical Swimming Paradise is included in the cost of your break, so you can enjoy it throughout your stay. 

What happens if I need help during my break?

Our team is on hand throughout your stay. If you have a question or need some help, visit Guest Services on village, where our colleagues will be happy to assist.

Can friends or family visit me at Center Parcs?

Yes, you can invite friends or family to join you for the day by purchasing visitor passes, subject to availability. We recommend arranging these in advance.

What happens on the day I leave Center Parcs?

You must check out of your accommodation by 10am. You are welcome to continue to enjoy the facilities until midnight, so you can make the most of your final day before heading home.
