What to pack for your Center Parcs break

Make sure you plan ahead and don’t forget anything for your break in the forest. Here are some ideas for what you can pack...

General hints and tips

  • Don’t forget your everyday toiletries
  • We are providing hand sanitiser on entry to all main buildings, including restaurants, shops and before our activities. But for extra safety, it’s good to have your own on you too
  • If you have some downtime or if the weather takes a turn, bring some board games to play in your cosy lodge
  • If you have your own cycles bring them to the forest to explore on two wheels. Don’t worry if not, pre-book, to collect when you arrive at the resort
  • Forgot your bike lock? You can hire them at the Cycle Centre
  • Take your camera (and leave distractions from your mobile phone in your lodge) to capture the special moments during your break
  • Don’t forget to bring milk, tea and coffee if you want a brew in your lodge, or head to the ParcMarket to pick up any groceries
  • If you want to visit our restaurants or try one of our activities, pre-book a slot on our website
  • We provide you with three dishwasher tablets and a sachet of washing up liquid. For any extras needed, bring them along or buy them at the ParcMarket
  • All our resorts are cashless and can no longer accept cash payments, including for the purchase of gift cards.

Bring the correct clothing

  • Comfortable shoes and clothing for exploring the forest
  • You can’t predict the Irish weather so make sure to come prepared for sunny days with sunglasses, plenty of t-shirts, shorts and, of course, plenty of sun cream
  • For greyer days, don't forget your raincoats, wellies and some warm cosy clothes
  • There are no laundry facilities available when in the forest
  • A face-covering - Aqua Sana Spa and some activities require a face covering and this will be stated in your itinerary

Packing for the little ones

Packing can sometimes be a nightmare when you have little ones to make sure you remember everything from home. Here is a list of what you might need during your break:

  • Pushchair, bottles, toys and other essentials
  • Swim nappies for the Subtropical Swimming Paradise
  • Linen for the cot
  • Baby food - free baby food is available in our restaurants and to take away

Some things you don’t need during your stay are:

  • Stepping stool - we provide a stool in all of our bathrooms so your little ones can reach the sink and mirror
  • High chair
