Welcome! After 10am on your arrival day, you can arrive for your break to begin. Follow our driveway through the forest to the Arrivals Lodge, where we’ll get you ready to start your forest adventure…
We really recommend checking-in and completing your registration details online before you arrive. Just log in to your account and fill out your guest and vehicle details. Then, when you arrive, all you’ll need is your booking reference. This means we’ll be able to check you in much faster and your break can begin sooner
Once checked in, we’ll give you a wristband to your lodge, apartment, or hotel room, and directions through the forest
Want a top tip? Avoid the rush to accommodation at 4pm – head over to your lodge on foot or simply explore the forest, then take the car over a bit later when it’s quieter
Of course, if you arrive after 4pm, you can drive straight to your accommodation to unload and return your car to the car park. If you’re arriving late in the evening, our security staff will be on hand to check you in. If you plan to arrive after the first day of your break, please give us a call so we can make arrangements for you
Storing your luggage at the Arrivals Lodge is a service that will no longer be available on the day of your arrival

Things to know
If you choose to hire cycles during your break, don't forget to pre-book prior to your break to avoid disapointment.
If for any reason you are not arriving on the start date of your break, please let the Contact Centre know in advance.
Parking
Park up and relax. You can drive up to your accommodation to unload but you must return your car to the large main car park for the duration of your break.
You may only park on the village (instead of the car park) if...
You have booked wheelchair-accessible accommodation. In this case, one accessible parking space is provided nearby
There is an absolute medical need to rely on a vehicle throughout the course of your break. A Center Parcs permit may be issued on arrival after discussion with the Medical Centre. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and will only be issued if no alternatives, such as the shuttle service, are available
If the driver of the vehicle has a disability which means they are unable to transfer from the car park to their accommodation without a car or via the shuttle service. A Center Parcs permit will be issued to allow you to park near your accommodation in a designated safe spot
If none of these apply to your break please park in the car park, after you've unloaded your car as we like to keep traffic on the village at a minimum
Accessible parking is provided at the end of the car park closest to the village. Guests with disabilities may drive to their accommodation to load and unload their vehicles.
A shuttle service is available to those with limited accessibility, which runs from 8am to midnight (8am to 11pm at Whinfell Forest) for the duration of your stay. If you would like to use the shuttle, simply tell our security staff (with some notice, if possible) and they will be happy to help.
Recharge your batteries at Center Parcs – and your electric car too. If you’re planning to travel to Sherwood Forest, Woburn Forest or Elveden Forest in an electric vehicle, pre-book your 3 or 4 night space for a guaranteed overnight charging point and a smooth arrival.
Heading home
Waste no time checking out with our smooth and straightforward departures.
Please vacate your lodge or hotel room by 10am on the morning of your departure – this gives us time to thoroughly clean and get the accommodation ready for our next guests
Guests are welcome to stay on village until midnight
On the morning of departure, the car park barrier will be raised so you can drive to your lodge in order to pack your car
If you wish to leave the night before, you will be able to drive to your lodge from 4pm onwards in order to pack your car – just pop to the Security Lodge to pick up a special car pass. These passes allow you up to one hour to pack your car and either start your journey or return it to the car park
While you can also leave at any other time, unfortunately you won’t be able to drive your car to your lodge. You will need to transport your luggage by foot instead
Leaving a car outside your lodge (or anywhere else on the village apart from the car park) is a breach of our terms and conditions as it can pose a safety threat to our wildlife and guests. Our security teams check for stray vehicles regularly and will visit the lodges of those responsible. In some cases, you may be asked to leave the village
Storing your luggage at the Arrivals Lodge is a service that will no longer be available on the day of your departure
There’s no need to check out – simply drop your keys or wristbands into one of the boxes by the departure barrier
