What happens when I arrive?

When you arrive at our Reception, please speak to a member of the Aqua Sana team who will confirm your Treatment. You will then be guided to our Express Treatment Area and introduced to your Therapist.

Do I need to get changed into a robe for an Express Treatment?

No, all of our Express Treatments are performed in our Express Treatment Area which is easily accessible through our front desk Reception. This is particularly handy if you're in a rush and want to fit a speedy spa treatment into your fun-filled schedule.

Can I still book a treatment if I'm pregnant?

Some of our treatments are suitable for expectant mothers, but there are some things to consider. If you are in any doubt at all, please seek medical advice from your GP beforehand. You can also pop into our spa reception during you break and talk to our team. The sooner you raise your concerns, the more likely we will be able to adjust our treatment to fit your needs.
