Sports Plaza
Two cycle parks are located close to the main entrance to Sports Plaza.
There are two main entrances to the Sports Plaza. One is via the Village Square and has an automatic sliding door. The other, located between the Activity Den and Sports Café, has double door entry with a wide lobby between the two sets of manually operated doors.

- Woodland Wheelers and Street Karts (situated between the Sports Plaza and Action Challenge)
- Den Building
- The Glade
The Sports Plaza areas are on one level with access around the main sports area by timber decked boardwalk. There is ramped access to 8 badminton/mini tennis courts and a similar ramped access to the roller-skating rink in Sports Cafe. Table tennis and pool tables are also on ground level.
There are four further badminton and mini tennis courts accessed via steps.
The squash courts and interactive squash court are only accessible by steps.
On the first floor in Leisure Bowl there is access to a pool viewing area, (the ten pin bowling lanes and bar), House of Games and Forum disco. There is a lift by the main Village Square entrance and two sets of internal stairs to this floor. There is also an external ramp with access from the main Village Square
Toilets
Accessible toilets are available at ground floor level within the Sports Cafe area close to the Roller Rink. These include accessible changing facilities. Additional accessible toilets are located close to the STSP entrance.
Induction Hearing Loops A portable Induction loop is available for use throughout the Sports Plaza. It is normally located at the Leisure Booking Desk.
Leisure booking point
A lowered counter is provided at one end of the Leisure Booking Point.
Football Pool
Accessed from the adjoining board walk and has one step up to it.
Squash
There are five steps to the squash courts and viewing area.
Roller Rink
This is based in Sports Cafe and accessed by steps or a gently sloping ramp.
Outdoor Bowling Green
The surrounding & viewing area is accessible for guests in wheelchairs.
The gate at the play area end has level access.
External Tennis Courts
All at ground floor level.
Petanque
Playing and viewing area are at ground level.
