The reception is situated within the Sports Plaza. All access to the Activity Den is controlled via manned gates.
Children’s accessible toilets are provided within this facility.
All areas of the facility are accessible.
Guests with special needs can be accommodated in most sessions, including guests who require supervision in addition to the usual ratios advised by OFSTED. If additional supervision is required over and above the OFSTED advised ratios, at least 48hours notice is required to arrange this where reasonably possible.
The Activity Den setting is not registered with OFSTED, but follows the same guidelines to give the highest calibre of care.
Some toys and activities particularly suited to children with particular disabilities are available. Please contact the Guest Services Helpline if you wish to establish if particular items are available.
The External play area to the Activity Den has level access.
Craft Rooms 1 and 2
The Craft Rooms have level access throughout. Tables are suitable for use by wheelchair users.
The nearest accessible toilet is located in the Plaza.
