First Aid Centre

First Aid Centre

The First Aid Centre is sited in the Village Square North Building next to Café Rouge. It has level access through double opening doors.

The waiting area has turning space for a wheelchair, however, if the area is busy space will be limited.

There is level access from the waiting room to both consulting rooms.

A portable Induction Hearing Loop is available.

The toilet within this building is accessible.

First Aid

Qualified First Aid provision for guests is available in all areas of the village.

The First Aid Centre is staffed during the day between 9am and 9pm by qualified staff, and a medical vehicle is available for use by them for emergency call outs. Security staff provide 24hour First Aid cover.

All of our staff are aware of how to request first aid provision if they are not qualified first aiders themselves.

Please be aware that the First Aid Centre are unable to administer or provide medication
