"Unforgettable, we had an amazing time, kids were full of smiles for the whole time and we as parents had a great time. It caters for every situation with kids, they know what you need before you do! They have it covered! We came home and booked again for next year."
Exceptional Stay at Center Parcs, Longford
@Lorna M- June 2023, Longford Forest
"Center Parcs has it all for families. It's accessible, in beautiful, natural surroundings, clean, comfortable, has an excellent team of staff. Everywhere we went in Center Parcs, we were greeted by well trained, helpful, pleasant, respectful staff, who were great with the kids in our group.
We stayed in a two-bed cabin that was very clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our break.
The facilities are brilliant and we found that there was more availability for some activities when we arrived, which was great.
We ate out a couple of times and the food was delicious."
Amazing Weekend Break!
@NicKelly76- July 2021, Longford Forest
"Had an amazing weekend at Centerparcs Longford (25th June 21). We were a group of 4 celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. My Husband, myself, our 13 year old Son and my 71 year old Dad.
From the moment we arrived at check in the staff were brilliant, very friendly, chatty and helpful.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom woodland lodge which was lovely. Very spacious and had everything you needed in the kitchen including a coffee machine, microwave and a dishwasher. The patio area at the back was private facing into the forest. Plenty of seating space and a purpose built barbecue space for disposable bbqs…
I am glad I paid extra for a central location, we were in Oak 53. Dad is not able for a bike so was handy to be able to walk to the main areas within 5-10 minutes depending on heading which area. However the bikes make it a much quicker!
The setting is just beautiful and all areas are immaculate and very well looked after.
The atmosphere is so relaxed and great to see people enjoying themselves again. It’s like another world.
We did a good few activities - badminton, adventure golf, kayaking, football pool, archery and segway. All were great fun. My Son wanted to do the zip wire but was fully booked, hopefully next time!
The swimming pool is brilliant… The outdoor rapids being our favourite but all great fun! Changing rooms and lockers all very well set up. Even the hired towels came in a clear bag that you could put your wet items in when leaving.
We dined in Huck’s twice as my Husband, Son and Dad enjoyed the steak so much! A special mention to Tyrone who was our server on one of the evenings. A great character, friendly and helpful and made us very welcome.
The staff were very helpful in general, if they could rearrange something for you they would. We had our meal booked for 7.30pm on the Friday evening but were hungry earlier so I called into Huck’s and they changed our booking for 6pm no problem at all. The same with the Sports Bar we had booked in each evening for 9pm for drinks but arrived earlier each evening and it was no bother…
We even managed to see lots of deer on our cycle ride at dusk on 2 of the evenings…
Overall a great weekend away and we will definitely return!"
