"Relaxing, exciting and well cared for would be the words we would use for our stay here! From arrival to the last evening we have had a ball. Accomodation is so well appointed. We are in Maple and really like the distance from the centre (10 minutes walk only) Its really relaxing and quiet here. We ate in Sports Bar, Hucks, and got the restaurant runner which is BRILLIANT where you have varied tastes. Delivery to the lodge was such a treat. The pool, archery (thank you Al) the fairires (Thank you Harmony), ariel adventure, bowling, mini golf were al brilliant. Customer services helped us with various bits and bobs for which we were really grateful. We will be back and while I have named a few people - everyone we met was really lovely and couldnt help more. Security were so helpful too when I locked myself out!!! Felt safe, relaxed and I feel that it is well worth the money. Feb is such a lovely time to be here."
Magical pre Christmas trip

"We stayed at Centre Parcs before Christmas from Friday 15th-Mon 18th Dec. We had such a fantastic time. The lights around the lake and at the Winter wonderland made it a very magical experience for us and the kids. All the activities were great - we did indoor climbing, badminton, bowling and the Tree climb/zipline over the lake which was amazing! We brought our own bikes and cycled around the park at night enjoying all the magical Christmas lights. All of the staff we met were lovely and very helpful. We visited Santa and the elves were great at interacting with the children. The Santa letters arriving at the lodge were a bit hit with the kids! The pool was fantastic, the rapids and all of the slides were a big hit with us adults and the kids. A very special shout out and thank you has to go to your lifeguard Niall who was at the Tropical cyclone slide on the Friday afternoon when we arrived. Our daughter was extremely anxious about going down the Tropical cyclone and he was AMAZING with her. He took time to listen to her worries and answer all of her questions. He was so calm and patient with her. When she sat on the slide with her siblings she started to panic and he calmed her down speaking gently to her and got her to take some deep breaths, effectively carrying out a mini mindfulness session with her!! Mohammad the other lifeguard was also very friendly and patient. It was a fabulous experience and we would love to return again in the future!"
