First Aid Centre

The First Aid Centre is located in the Resort Square which is reached via a block paved level pathway. The entrance is accessed via a push button single opening automatic door. The waiting area has limited space for a wheelchair to turn, particularly when busy.

There is level access from the waiting room to the treatment room.

The toilet within this building is accessible.

A portable Induction Hearing Loop is available on request.

Medication

Please be aware that the First Aid Centre are unable to administer or provide medication

First Aid

Qualified First Aid provision for guests is available in all areas of the resort.

Security staff provide 24hour First Aid cover.

Emergency contact details are provided in the Safety Guide, and Guest Directory in the accommodation this is via CP TV channel 800 on the television.

All of our staff are aware of how to request first aid provision if they are not qualified first aiders themselves.

There are five defibrillators available on the resort located at the Sub Tropical Swimming Pool, Aqua Sana, Boathouse, Arrivals Lodge & Guest Services. These are used when needed and all first aiders know of their location.
