Exceeded expectations

@Richie - January 2022, Longford Forest

From start to finish the trip to Center Parcs was amazing.

Check in was smooth and the log cabins were modern, spacious and extremely clean.

The activities on offer were brilliant. Our family did bowling, Laser Combat (Karl & Julianne had everyone in stitches), Archery with Tyrone (amazing guy, so knowledgeable), Swimming, etc.

I have never experienced customer service of this high quality on any other holiday I’ve been on. Honestly the staff could not do enough, the restaurant staff assisting with our needs for a toddler, the swimming pool staff, faculties people, guest services all went over and above.

I would highly recommend center Parcs to anyone that wants an action packed but relaxed stay/vacation in Ireland. Even in January with the weather not so sunny everyday it didn’t dampen our break.

Already looking to rebook for later in the year

 Exceptional holiday

@Tony C - September 2020, Longford Forest

We took a 4 night break in Center Parcs 6 adults and 2 toddlers. From the time of booking the communications were excellent. Constant updates about Covid & the activities available. Check in on the monday was extremely efficient a little wait but not too bad and once we got to the Lodge - wow.

We had a 4 bedroomed each with ensuite, an excellently equipped kitchen and ding/sitting room and a games room with a monstrous TV and a pool table. We hired Bikes and used a number of the facilities. We ate in the Italian and The Indian restaurants on site and food was extremely good.

The sub tropical pool area was fantastic with pool and slides to suit all ages ensured we were all kept entertained. The cleanliness throughout the whole site was superb, and you felt safe.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable and a big part of were the staff. They are obviously very well trained and enjoy what they do. Nothing was a problem and they were all ever so helpful. The car free environment is a fantastic feature. We hired bikes for 2 toddlers and we were happy to let them pedal away , obviously supervised, but without the fear of a car suddenly appearing.
