Hints and tips for booking your accommodation
Here are our top tips for booking your accommodation, helping you plan your perfect break:
- Dog-friendly lodges sell out fast, so book early if you’re planning to bring a dog
- Flex Your Stay must be purchased at the point of booking, or within 14 days of booking
- Bigger family groups can book multiple lodges, and you can choose your preferred location on the resort if you’d like to be nearby or next to each other
- If you’re making a booking for a group of 10 or more people or staying in an Adapted Lodge, you’ll be asked to fill out a form. This helps us to understand your needs and assist with any bookings or additional requirements
- Children over the age of two require their own bedroom space (so for two adults and one two-year old, you’d need to book a two bedroom lodge)
- If you would like family or friends to join you for a day during your break, you can book a Day Pass
- Adapted lodges are available for guests with disabilities – these include lowered counters, wet rooms and electric beds
- Check the floor plans when searching for accommodation to familiarise yourself with the layout
- Some lodges have steps to the entrance, so check this when booking
