Booking your accommodation

Once you have chosen your preferred dates, break duration and how many guests you are bringing, you’ll be able to see availability and prices of the different accommodation types on offer.

The booking process

Step 1: Search for your desired break using the booking bar. Select how long you would like to stay and which dates, the number of lodges you need, the number of guests, then select ‘Search’.

Step 2: Select your desired accommodation

Step 3: Select where on the resort you would like to stay. You can either select a specific area or lodge, or if you have no preference then relax and let us pick for you.

Step 4: Select any optional add-ons. Additional options offered vary based on your chosen accommodation type (for example, fire logs will not be offered to hotel guests). Rest assured that you can continue on without adding anything if you don't want to.

Step 5: Next add in the personal information of the lead booker. We need your email address to see if you already have an account with us, otherwise we’ll prompt you to create one.

Step 6: Now add in the details for all of the other guests. If you add their email addresses, they will also be able to book activities, restaurants, and other optional add-ons. Make sure to have the dates of birth of all the little ones in your group, as you'll need to add those in here too. You’ll also need to register details of the vehicle or vehicles you are bringing.

Step 7: If you have stayed with us recently, enter your ‘come back soon’ code here to receive your discount. You can also add Flex Your Stay (“Flex”), which allows you to cancel or amend your break without charge for any reason, much closer to your arrival date. It can only be purchased at the time of booking or within 14 days of booking your break. Please note that the Flex Your Stay fee is non-refundable.

Step 8: Finally, select your preferred payment method and finalise your booking.

Step 9: Congratulations, you’re all booked in! We can’t wait to welcome you to Center Parcs.

Paying for your break

You can either pay in full at the time of booking, or pay a deposit to secure your break. The full balance must be paid 10 weeks before your break (if your chosen break is less than 10 weeks away, the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking).

Make sure you fill out all guest details and vehicle registrations to speed up the check-in process when you arrive at the resort.

Hints and tips for booking your accommodation

Here are our top tips for booking your accommodation, helping you plan your perfect break:

  • Dog-friendly lodges sell out fast, so book early if you’re planning to bring a dog
  • Flex Your Stay must be purchased at the point of booking, or within 14 days of booking
  • Bigger family groups can book multiple lodges, and you can choose your preferred location on the resort if you’d like to be nearby or next to each other
  • If you’re making a booking for a group of 10 or more people or staying in an Adapted Lodge, you’ll be asked to fill out a form. This helps us to understand your needs and assist with any bookings or additional requirements
  • Children over the age of two require their own bedroom space (so for two adults and one two-year old, you’d need to book a two bedroom lodge)
  • If you would like family or friends to join you for a day during your break, you can book a Day Pass
  • Adapted lodges are available for guests with disabilities – these include lowered counters, wet rooms and electric beds
  • Check the floor plans when searching for accommodation to familiarise yourself with the layout
  • Some lodges have steps to the entrance, so check this when booking
