Once you’ve booked your break, it’s time to start getting excited! Here are our top tips on getting ready for your break and travelling to the village.
Get the whole family involved by adding them to the booking. By adding the email address and contact number of each family member, they will also be able to access your booking details and itinerary, as well as being able to make their own activity and restaurant bookings.
It’s time to start building your dream itinerary! From 12 weeks before your arrival date, you can book activities, restaurants, spa sessions and treatments. Itinerary bookings can be made online using My Booking tab or in person at the Leisure Booking Desk. Booking sessions and restaurants in advance is the best way to avoid missing out! All bookings will be added into a shared itinerary in the ‘My booking’ section of your account, so that everyone can see which family members are busy doing what and where.
Hints and tips for booking things to do
Here are our top tips for booking things to do during your break:
Activity and restaurant bookings open 12 weeks before arrival
It’s best to pre-book to avoid missing out, particularly for popular slots such as early evening restaurant reservations
You can add activities and restaurants to your Favourites for a quick and easy booking process
Some children’s activities are parent-accompanied and some are non parent-accompanied, so check this before booking
You need to provide all guest details, including ages of children, before booking activities
Read the activity description and age, weight or height restrictions carefully before booking
For health and safety reasons, you can only book guests onto activities that are appropriate for their age group
What to pack
We recommend checking the weather forecast – you might need wellies, waterproofs, and warm clothing
Bring comfortable shoes (such as trainers) for walking around the forest
We don’t provide a laundry service, so bring enough clothes for the full duration of your break
Remember to pack swim towels - or you can hire them from the Subtropical Swimming Paradise for £2 a day
Some of our restaurants provide free Ella’s Kitchen baby food – to help you save some room in your suitcase
If you’re bringing a baby, cots and highchairs are provided in your lodge, but you’ll need to bring your own cot linen
Our onsite supermarket, ParcMarket, is well-stocked with food, toiletries and essentials in case you forget anything
Plan your route ahead of time, and check for road closures before you set off to avoid unnecessary delays. For entertainment during your journey - and to get everyone in the Center Parcs mood – why not check out our Center Parcs playlists on Spotify?
