Bella Italia is set on two floors with an outside covered terrace on the second floor. This is used during the warmer months. The restaurant is accessible to guests in wheelchairs. There is a lift for access to first floor.

An assessment has been made of the locations in the restaurant with best accessibility for the seating of guests in wheelchairs, please ask staff for details. However, every effort will be made to seat you in any location you request.

Lighting in the restaurant is subdued, particularly in the evening. Alternative arrangements can be made for guests with partial sight to view menus.

Staff will be pleased to assist in reading menus as necessary.

An accessible toilet is available within the restaurant. In the event of a fire alarm, all staff are trained to assist the evacuation of the guests and appropriate arrangements are in place to provide assistance with evacuation from the first floor. There is a small children’s soft play within this restaurant

The nearest Changing Places is situated next to the First Aid Centre which is approximately 2 minutes’ walk.
